DESCRIPTION

· The UMC2NT1G series consists of dual common base-collector bias resistor transistors, including NPN and PNP silicon surface mount transistors with a monolithic bias resistor network.

· These devices integrate a single transistor with a bias network of two resistors, eliminating the need for external resistor bias networks.

· The series is housed in the SOT-353 package, suitable for low power surface mount applications where board space is limited.
