· USB1T20 is a USB 2.0 compliant transceiver designed for FS/LS applications.
· Operates with a single 3.3V supply, suitable for devices supplying 3.0V to 3.6V.
· Facilitates interface between 5.0V or 3.3V logic and USB physical layer.
· Capable of transmitting and receiving data at 12Mbit/s (FS) and 1.5Mbit/s (LS).
· Packaged in a 14-lead TSSOP, ideal for mobile and space-constrained applications.
