· W005G thru W10G Silicon Bridge Rectifiers with reverse voltage range from 50 to 1000V and forward current of 1.5A.
FEATURES
· Plastic package with UL flammability classification 94V-0.
· Suitable for printed circuit boards.
· Features low reverse leakage and high forward surge current capability.
· High temperature soldering guaranteed at 260°C for 10 seconds with 0.375” lead length and 5lbs tension.
