· They feature the BitJockey™ peripheral, specialized for radio communication.

· Available with on-chip ROM or Multiple-Time-Programmable (MTP) memory.

· 300 uA at 1 MIPS, 6 uA at 32 kHz, and 1 uA for time keeping.

· Operates at low voltage (1.2 - 5.5 V).

· 22 kB ROM/MTP (XE8806A) and 11 kB MTP (XE8807A).

· 520 B RAM, 4 counters, PWM, UART, BitJockey™.

· Analog matrix switching and 4 low-power analog comparators.

· Independent RC and crystal oscillators.

· 5 reset, 15 interrupt, and 8 event sources.

· 100 years MTP Flash retention at 55°C.
