DESCRIPTION

· The EiceDRIVER™ 1EDN751x/1EDN851x is a single-channel low-side gate driver IC with a 4 A source/8 A sink output stage.

· Available in SOT23-5, SOT23-6, and WSON-6 packages, meeting industry standards.

· Designed to drive logic and normal level MOSFETs, including OptiMOS™, CoolMOS™, and GaN HEMT devices.
