DESCRIPTION

· The LT1910 is a high side gate driver designed for high side switching applications using low cost N-channel power MOSFETs.
· It includes a self-contained charge pump to fully enhance an N-channel MOSFET switch without external components.
· The device features a drain comparator that turns off the switch and asserts a fault flag when the switch current exceeds a preset level.
· It automatically restarts after a period set by an external timing capacitor and repeats the cycle if the fault persists.
· The LT1910 is designed for harsh environments like industrial, avionics, and automotive applications, withstanding supply transients from -15V to 60V.
· It is available in the SO-8 package.
