DESCRIPTION
· The 2PG010DxC11N is a dual-channel gate driver designed for Fuji Electric's IGBT power module 2MBI1800XXF170-50.
· It features a built-in isolated DC/DC converter and gate drive circuit, ready for direct mounting on the IGBT power module.

· Optimized for driving the Fuji Electric IGBT Power module 2MBI1800XXF170-50.
· Gate voltage: +15V/-10V with gate resistors of +0.22Ω/-1.5Ω (TYP).
· Short circuit detection voltage: 9.5V (TYP).
· Integrated design includes an isolated DC/DC converter and gate drive circuit.
· Low parasitic capacitance of 12pF (TYP) enhances resistance to common-mode noise.
· Fast response time: approximately 130nsec (TYP).
· High dielectric withstand voltage: AC5000V.
· Insulation distance: 14mm/16mm (clearance/creepage).
· Input voltage range for DC/DC converter and gate driver: 13～28V.
· Signal input voltage range: 3.3V～15V or 15V.
· Comprehensive protection features: overheat, overload, desaturation, soft turn-off, fault signal output, under-voltage lockout (UVLO).
· Mode switching capability: Direct mode / Half bridge mode.
· Active clamp protection function included.
· Complies with safety standards: UL508, IEC 60664-1, IEC61800-5-1, IEC62477-1, IEC62109-1, UL1741.
