DESCRIPTION
· The 2PG010DxC11N is a dual-channel gate driver specifically designed for Fuji Electric's IGBT power module 2MBI1800XXF170-50.
· It features a built-in isolated DC/DC converter and gate drive circuit, ready for direct mounting on the IGBT power module.
FEATURES
· Optimized for driving the IGBT Power module 2MBI1800XXF170-50.
· Gate voltage: +15V/-10V with gate resistors: +0.22Ω/-1.5Ω.
· Short circuit detection at 9.5V and low parasitic capacitance of 12pF.
· Fast response time of approximately 130nsec.
· Dielectric withstand voltage of AC5000V with insulation distances of 14mm/16mm.
· DC/DC converter and gate driver input voltage range: 13～28V.
· Signal input voltage range: 3.3V～15V or 15V.
· Includes overheat and overload protection, desaturation protection, soft turn-off, fault signal output, and UVLO.
· Supports Direct mode and Half bridge mode switching, active clamp protection.
· Complies with safety standards: UL508, IEC 60664-1, UL1741, and others.
· Features insulating moistureproof coating.
