DESCRIPTION

· The 74ALVT16374 is a high-performance BiCMOS device operating at 2.5 V or 3.3 V with 5 V I/O compatibility.

· It functions as a 16-bit edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with non-inverting 3-state outputs.

· Can be configured as two 8-bit flip-flops or a single 16-bit flip-flop.

· Data at D inputs is transferred to Q outputs on the positive clock transition.
