DESCRIPTION
· The 74HC4066 and 74HCT4066 are quad single-pole, single-throw analog switches.
· Each switch has two input/output terminals (nY and nZ) and an active HIGH enable input (nE).
· When nE is LOW, the analog switch is turned off.
· Inputs include clamp diodes, allowing the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages exceeding VCC.
FEATURES
· Input levels for nE: CMOS level for 74HC4066, TTL level for 74HCT4066.
· Low ON resistance: 50 Ω at VCC = 4.5 V, 45 Ω at VCC = 6.0 V, 35 Ω at VCC = 9.0 V.
· Compliant with JEDEC standard no. 7A.
· ESD protection: HBM exceeds 2000 V, CDM exceeds 1000 V.
· Available in multiple package options.
· Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +125 °C.
