DESCRIPTION

· The 74HCT4053D is a high-speed CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with a triple 2-channel configuration.
· It utilizes silicon gate C2MOS technology, offering high-speed operation akin to LSTTL while maintaining low power dissipation.
· Suitable for level conversion between TTL/NMOS and high-speed CMOS, with inputs compatible across these technologies.
· Capable of switching large amplitude signals using low logical amplitude control signals, supporting a wide voltage range from -5V to +5V with a single 5V power supply.
· Features low ON-resistance and includes protection against static discharge and transient excess voltage.



FEATURES

· Operates across a wide temperature range: -40°C to 125°C.
· Low power consumption: maximum 4.0 µA at 5.5V.
· TTL compatible with a minimum high-level input voltage of 2.0V and a maximum low-level input voltage of 0.8V.
· Broad interfacing capability with LSTTL, NMOS, and CMOS.
· Low ON-resistance: typically 50 Ω at a 9V supply difference.
· High linearity with a typical THD of 0.020% at a 9V supply difference.
· Pin and function compatible with the 4053B series.
