Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC139 is a dual 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer.

· It decodes two binary weighted address inputs to four mutually exclusive outputs.

· Each decoder features an enable input, which forces all outputs HIGH when activated.

· The enable input can also function as a data input for 1-to-4 demultiplexer applications.

· Inputs are compatible with both 3.3 V and 5 V devices, making it suitable for mixed voltage environments.

· Schmitt-trigger action ensures tolerance to slower input rise and fall times.



FEATURES

· Wide supply voltage range: 1.2 V to 3.6 V.

· Overvoltage tolerant inputs up to 5.5 V.

· Low power CMOS technology.

· Direct interface with TTL levels.

· Two independent 2-to-4 decoders with demultiplexing capability.

· Output drive capability: 50 Ω transmission lines at 125 °C.

· Complies with JEDEC standards for various voltage ranges.

· ESD protection: HBM exceeds 2000 V, CDM exceeds 1000 V.
