DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVT125 and 74LVTH125 are 3.3 V quad buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs.

· Controlled by output enable inputs (nOE), a HIGH on nOE sets outputs to a high impedance OFF-state.

· Features bus hold data inputs to eliminate external pull-up resistors for unused inputs.

· Fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF, preventing backflow current when powered down.
