Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The A1266 is an ultrasensitive 3D Hall-effect switch with omnipolar magnetic actuation.

· It integrates three Hall plates, a multiplexer, amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and NMOS output transistors.

· The device operates at 2.5 to 5.5 V with low power consumption, ideal for battery-powered applications.

· Available in 3-pin (combined output) or 5-pin (separate outputs) SOT23-W packages.

· True 3D sensing with omnipolar operation (north or south pole).

· Chopper-stabilized offset cancellation for superior temperature stability and low switch point drift.

· High sensitivity with a typical BOP of 25 G.

· Solid-state reliability and insensitivity to physical stress.
