DESCRIPTION

· The ADAU7002 is a stereo PDM-to-PCM conversion IC designed for mobile and portable electronics.
· It supports I2S or TDM output interfaces and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
· Available in a compact 8-ball WLCSP package, it is ideal for space-constrained applications.

FEATURES

· Decimates stereo PDM bit stream to PCM audio data with 64× decimation.
· Configurable TDM slots and automatic BCLK ratio detection.
· Operates with I/O supply from 1.62 V to 3.6 V, consuming 0.67 mA at 48 kHz.
· Supports output sample rates from 4 kHz to 96 kHz with automatic PDM CLK drive.
· Features automatic power down and power-on reset functionality.
