DESCRIPTION

· The ADG714/ADG715 are CMOS octal SPST switches controlled via a 2- or 3-wire serial interface.

· Each switch conducts equally well in both directions with an input signal range extending to the supplies.

· Data is written in 8 bits, each bit corresponding to one channel.

· ADG714 uses a 3-wire SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE-compatible interface, while ADG715 uses a 2-wire I2C-compatible interface.

· On power-up, all switches are off, and internal registers contain all zeros.

· Available in 24-lead TSSOP and LFCSP packages.
