DESCRIPTION

· The ADuC845/ADuC847/ADuC848 are high-resolution Σ-Δ ADCs with embedded 62 kB Flash and a single-cycle MCU.

· These devices integrate high-performance ADCs, memory, and peripherals for precision data acquisition and processing.

· Suitable for multichannel sensor monitoring and industrial instrumentation applications.

FEATURES

· High-resolution Σ-Δ ADCs: 24-bit on ADuC845/ADuC847, 16-bit on ADuC848.

· Up to 10 ADC input channels with 24-bit no missing codes and 22-bit rms effective resolution.

· 62 kB Flash/EE program memory, 4 kB Flash/EE data memory, and 2304 bytes of RAM.

· 8051-based core with single-cycle execution and 32 kHz external crystal support.

· On-chip peripherals include DACs, temperature sensor, excitation current sources, and serial I/O interfaces.

· Low power consumption: 4.8 mA max at 3.6 V, 20 μA max in power-down mode.
