DESCRIPTION



· The ADuM120N/ADuM121N are dual-channel digital isolators utilizing iCoupler® technology.

· They combine high-speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology for superior performance.

· Maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with less than 3 ns pulse width distortion at 5 V operation.

· Channel matching is tight at 3.0 ns maximum.

· Operates with supply voltage from 1.8 V to 5 V, enabling voltage translation across the isolation barrier.

· Ensures DC correctness in the absence of input logic transitions.

· Offers two fail-safe options for output state transition when input power is not applied or inputs are disabled.

· High common-mode transient immunity: 100 kV/µs typical.

· High robustness to radiated and conducted noise.

· Low propagation delay: 13 ns maximum for 5 V operation, 15 ns maximum for 1.8 V operation.

· Minimum data rate: 150 Mbps.
