DESCRIPTION

· The TPT772x devices are high-performance, dual-channel enhanced digital isolators with 5000-V RMS (WSOP8, WSOP16) and 3750-V RMS (SOP8) isolation ratings per UL 1577.
· Certified by VDE, UL, CSA, TUV, CQC, and CB.
· Each isolation signal channel is separated by a double capacitive silicon dioxide insulation barrier.
· TPT7720 has both channels in the same direction; TPT7721 has both channels in the opposite direction.
· Fail-safe default output is low for devices with the suffix F and high for devices without the suffix F.
· Available in SOP8, WSOP8, and WSOP16 packages, characterized from −40°C to +125°C.
· Qualified for automotive applications with AEC-Q100 Reliability Test.
