DESCRIPTION

· The ADuM140D/ADuM140E/ADuM141D/ADuM141E/ADuM142D/ADuM142E are quad-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology.

· They combine high-speed CMOS and monolithic air core transformer technology for superior performance compared to optocouplers and other integrated couplers.

· These devices operate with supply voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5V, enabling compatibility with lower voltage systems and voltage translation across the isolation barrier.

· They offer two fail-safe options, ensuring outputs transition to a predetermined state when input power is not applied or inputs are disabled.

FEATURES

· High common-mode transient immunity: 100 kV/μs.

· Low propagation delay: 13 ns maximum for 5V operation, 15 ns maximum for 1.8V operation.

· Maximum guaranteed data rate: 150 Mbps.

· Safety and regulatory approvals: UL recognition 3000 V rms/3750 V rms, CSA Component Acceptance Notice 5A, VDE certificate of conformity DIN V VDE V 0884-11, CQC certification per GB4943.1-2011.

· Low dynamic power consumption and high temperature operation up to 125°C.

· Available in a 16-lead, RoHS compliant, SOIC package.
