DESCRIPTION

· The ADuM6400/ADuM6401/ADuM6402/ADuM6403/ADuM6404 are quad-channel digital isolators featuring an integrated, isolated DC-to-DC converter.

· These devices utilize iCoupler technology to deliver up to 400 mW of regulated, isolated power at either 5.0 V or 3.3 V from a 5.0 V input supply, or at 3.3 V from a 3.3 V supply.

· They eliminate the need for a separate, isolated DC-to-DC converter in low power, isolated designs.

FEATURES

· Integrated isoPower isolated DC-to-DC converter with regulated 5 V or 3.3 V output.

· Up to 400 mW output power.

· Available in 16-lead SOIC wide body package (RW-16) and 16-lead SOIC wide body package with enhanced creepage (RI-16-1).

· Quad DC-to-25 Mbps (NRZ) signal isolation channels with Schmitt triggered inputs.

· High temperature operation up to 105°C and high common-mode transient immunity >25 kV/μs.

· Safety and regulatory approvals including UL recognition, CSA Component Acceptance Notice, IEC 60601-1, IEC 60950-1, and VDE certificate of conformity.
