DESCRIPTION
· The AL3565 is a Power Management Integrated Chip (PMIC) with three programmable DC-DC converters for 500mA AMOLED panels.
· It includes a buck-boost converter for VPOS, an inverting buck-boost converter for VNEG, and a boost converter for AVDD.
· The device is suitable for portable products powered by lithium-ion batteries.
· It features a one-wire digital control for programming output voltages.
FEATURES
· Wide input voltage range: 2.9V to 4.8V.
· Operating ambient temperature: -40°C to +85°C.
· Programmable output voltages: VPOS (4.6V to 5.4V), AVDD (5.8V to 7.9V), VNEG (-1.4V to -5.4V).
· Step sizes: 100mV for VPOS and VNEG, 300mV for AVDD.
· Output currents: up to 500mA for VPOS and VNEG, 100mA for AVDD.
· Accuracy: 0.5% for all outputs.
· Includes short-circuit and thermal shutdown protections.
· Lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free.
