DESCRIPTION
· The MC34717 is a dual synchronous buck switching regulator with integrated N-channel power MOSFETs, designed for 3.3V and 5.0V environments.
· It supports up to 5.0A continuous output current per channel with high efficiency and precise output regulation.
· Features a second channel capable of tracking an external reference voltage in various configurations.
· Encased in a 26-pin QFN package, it is Pb-free, thermally enhanced, and space-efficient.
FEATURES
· Integrated 50mΩ N-channel power MOSFETs.
· Operates from an input voltage range of 3.0V to 6.0V.
· Provides ±1% accurate output voltages from 0.7V to 3.6V.
· Programmable switching frequency from 200kHz to 1.0MHz.
· Includes programmable soft start, over-current limit, short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and output overvoltage/undervoltage detection.
· Features active low power good output signal and active low shutdown input.
