DESCRIPTION

· The MAX1510/MAX17510 are DDR linear regulators with internal n-channel MOSFETs, capable of sourcing and sinking up to 3A peak.

· They provide an accurate output voltage from 0.5V to 1.5V, with a power input range of 1.1V to 3.6V.

· These devices use a separate 3.3V bias supply for control circuitry and MOSFET driving.

· Features include current and thermal limits, a power-good (PGOOD) signal, and internal soft-start to limit input surge current.

· Available in a 10-pin, 3mm x 3mm thin DFN package.
