DESCRIPTION

· The AM570x Sitara™ Processors are high-performance devices featuring an Arm® Cortex®-A15 microprocessor and a C66x floating-point VLIW DSP.

· They support up to 512KB of on-chip L3 RAM and include advanced subsystems for video, display, and industrial communication.

· Manufactured using 28-nm CMOS technology, these processors are available in a 17mm×17mm, 538-pin BGA package.



FEATURES

· Arm® Cortex®-A15 microprocessor and C66x DSP with up to thirty-two 16×16-bit fixed-point multiplies per cycle.

· Up to 512KB on-chip L3 RAM, DDR3/DDR3L memory interface supporting up to DDR-1333.

· Dual Arm® Cortex®-M4 co-processors, IVA-HD subsystem supporting 4K@15fps H.264 CODEC.

· Display subsystem with Full-HD video support, HDMI™ encoder, and 2D/3D graphics.

· Secure boot support, cryptographic acceleration, and trusted execution environment (TEE) with Arm TrustZone™.

· Multiple connectivity options including USB 3.0, PCI Express® 3.0, Ethernet, and CAN 2.0B protocol.
