FEATURES

· All packages converted to Green (Halogen free / Low halogen) version by 2010.

· Dual part numbers used for non-halogen free packages with suffix "L" for green versions.

· Substance limitations on homogenous material level: Bromine <900ppm, Chlorine <900ppm, Total Bromine and Chlorine <1500ppm, Antimony <900ppm.

APPLICATIONS

· TO220, TO220F/L, TO262, TO247 packages remain non-halogen free per customer demand.

· Green versions identified by suffix "L" in part numbers for various packages.

· Part numbers with/without suffix "L" after 2010 are green parts.
