DESCRIPTION
· The AOZ6232 is a 0.25 low-voltage Dual Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) analog switch.
· It operates from a single 1.65V to 3.3V supply.
· It features an ultra-low On Resistance of 0.25 at a +2.7V supply and 25°C.
· Designed for break-before-make operation.
