DESCRIPTION

· The AOZ6234 is a 0.25Ω low-voltage Dual SPDT analog switch operating from a single 2.3V to 4.3V supply.

· It features an ultra-low On Resistance of 0.25Ω at +4.3V supply and 25°C, designed for break-before-make operation.

· It has very low quiescent current, suitable for direct interface with baseband processor general-purpose I/Os in mobile handset applications.

· Typical 0.25Ω On Resistance (RON) for +4.3V supply.

· Less than 30µA ICCT current when S Input is lower than VCC.

· 0.15Ω maximum RON flatness for +4.3V supply.
