· Features an ultra-low On Resistance of 0.35 Ω at +3.0 V supply and 25 °C.

· Designed for break-before-make operation.

· Typical 0.35 Ω On Resistance (RON) for +3.0 V supply.

· 0.15 Ω maximum RON flatness for +3.0 V supply.

· Package Options: TQFN-10 and QFN-10.

· Broad VCC operating range: 1.65 V to 4.3 V.
