DESCRIPTION

· The AP2113 is a high-performance linear regulator designed for DC fan driving, delivering a minimum output current of 600mA.

· It features low quiescent current consumption of 70 µA, over-current limit protection, and short-circuit protection with fold-back limitation of 50mA, ideal for battery-powered systems.

· The output voltage (VOUT) is 1.6 times the VSET input voltage until it reaches VIN minus the dropout voltage (VDROP) in adjustable mode.

· The FON pin controls the VOUT to be fully on when set to logic low.

· Available in SOIC-8 and SOT-23-5 packages.
