DESCRIPTION

· The AP2113 is a high-performance linear regulator designed for DC fan driving, delivering a minimum output current of 600mA.

· It features low quiescent current consumption of 70 µA, over-current and short-circuit protection with fold-back limitation at 50mA, making it ideal for battery-powered systems.

· The output voltage (VOUT) is 1.6 times the VSET input voltage, adjustable via the FON pin, which can also set VOUT to full on when logic low.

· Adjustable output voltage at 1.6 times VSET with ±3% accuracy.

· Low quiescent current of 70 µA typical.

· Supports continuous load up to 0.6A.
