DESCRIPTION

· The AP2113 is a high-performance linear regulator designed for DC fan driving, delivering a minimum output current of 600mA.

· It features low quiescent current consumption of 70 µA, over-current and short-circuit protection with a fold-back limitation of 50mA, making it ideal for battery-powered systems.

· The output voltage (VOUT) is 1.6 times the VSET input voltage, adjustable by the FON pin, with a full-on mode when FON is set low.

· Available in SOIC-8 and SOT-23-5 packages.
