DESCRIPTION

· The AP7368 is a low dropout regulator with 500mA/1A output, offering high accuracy, low RDS(on), high PSRR, low noise, and low quiescent current.

· Based on CMOS process, it includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, current-limit circuit, and enable inputs.

· Features integrated resistor network for fixed output voltage versions.

· Suitable for low power handheld communication equipment due to low power consumption and transient response.

· Output current limit selectable between 1.0A or 500mA via LCON pin.

· Packaged in X1-DFN1612-8 (Type B) for minimal footprint and dense PCB layout.
