DESCRIPTION

· The APR34309CA is a secondary side Combo IC integrating an N-Channel MOSFET and a driver circuit for synchronous rectification in DCM operation.

· It features optimized MOSFET characteristics for low gate charge, low R DS(ON), fast switching, and efficient body diode reverse recovery.

· Includes output voltage detection for primary side control system enhancement.

· Available in SO-8EP package.
