DESCRIPTION

· The APS12205, APS12215, and APS12235 are Hall-effect sensor ICs designed for high-temperature stability and stress resistance.
· These devices operate effectively up to 175°C junction temperature, utilizing dynamic offset cancellation to minimize residual offset voltage.
· Each IC includes a Hall plate, small signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, Schmitt trigger, and a short-circuit-protected open-drain output.
· They are available in two package styles: a 3-pin SOT23W surface-mount package (LH) and a three-pin ultramini SIP for through-hole mounting (UA).
