DESCRIPTION

· The APX803L is a micro-power voltage detector series designed for microprocessor supervisory circuits to monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems.
· It offers a wide detection voltage range from 1.2V to 5.0V with 0.1V steps, fixed internally.
· It requires a low supply current of 1 µA (typical), making it suitable for power-efficient systems like smartphones, battery-powered devices, and internet equipment.
· It provides a reset signal when the monitored VCC falls below the threshold voltage, which remains until VCC recovers.
· Available in 3-pin SOT23, SOT323, SC59, and SOT25 packages.
