DESCRIPTION

· The APX809S/810S are 3-pin micro power voltage detectors for microprocessor supervisory circuits.

· They monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems, ensuring reliability and low cost by eliminating external components.

· They assert a reset signal when VCC drops below a preset threshold, maintaining it for at least 240ms after VCC rises above the threshold.

· Available in active low (APX809S) and active high (APX810S) reset outputs, with push-pull configuration.

· Designed to ignore fast transients on VCC, with correct logic state guaranteed down to 1V.

· Low supply current makes them ideal for portable equipment, available in a 3-pin SOT23 package.
