DESCRIPTION

· The APX809S/810S are 3-pin micro power voltage detectors for microprocessor supervisory circuits.

· They monitor power supplies in µP and digital systems, ensuring reliability and low cost by eliminating external components.

· They assert a reset signal when VCC drops below a preset threshold, maintaining it for at least 240ms after VCC rises above the threshold.

· Available in SOT23 package, with APX809S having active low RESET and APX810S having active high RESET.

· Fully specified over-temperature.
