DESCRIPTION
· The ASNT 5173-PQC is a broadband DC-17Gbps/13GHz signal phase shifter with amplitude control, designed for high-performance applications.
FEATURES
· Broadband tunable data/clock phase shifter with a delay adjustment range of 135ps.
· Low jitter and limited temperature variation over the industrial temperature range.
· 100MHz bandwidth for phase adjustment tuning ports.
· Fully differential CML input and output interfaces, with adjustable SE amplitude from 0 to 0.8V.
· 1GHz bandwidth for amplitude adjustment tuning ports.
· Single +3.3V or -3.3V power supply with a power consumption of 495mW.
· Fabricated in SiGe for high performance, yield, and reliability.
· Standard MLF/QFN 24-pin package.
