DESCRIPTION

· The AT30TS74 is a highly accurate digital temperature sensor with a selectable resolution from 9 to 12 bits. It operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 1.7V to 5.5V and measures temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. The device features a 2-wire I2C and SMBus™ compatible serial interface, supports SMBus timeout, alert, and alert response address (ARA), and allows up to eight devices on the same bus with selectable addressing. It is available in various industry-standard green package options.
