DESCRIPTION

· The LMT84 is a precision CMOS temperature sensor with a typical accuracy of ±0.4°C and a linear analog output voltage inversely proportional to temperature.
· It operates at a low supply voltage of 1.5V, with a quiescent current of 5.4μA and a power-on time of 0.7ms, suitable for power-cycling architectures in battery-powered applications.
· The LMT84LPG in the TO-92S package offers a fast thermal time constant, ideal for off-board time-temperature sensitive applications.
