DESCRIPTION

· The AT30TS74 is a highly accurate digital temperature sensor with a wide operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. It measures temperatures from -55°C to +125°C and offers user-configurable resolution from 9 to 12 bits. The device is compatible with I2C and SMBus interfaces and supports multiple package options.

· Supports SMBus Timeout, Alert, and Alert Response Address (ARA).
· Selectable addressing for up to eight devices on the same bus.
· I2C High-Speed (HS) Mode compatible with a maximum clock frequency of 3.4MHz.
· Built-in noise suppression filtering for clock and data input signals.
· Low power consumption: 85µA active current (typical), 1µA shutdown current (typical).
· One-shot mode for single temperature measurement in shutdown mode.
· Pin and software compatible with industry-standard LM75-type devices.
· Available in green (Pb/Halide-free/RoHS compliant) package options: 8-lead SOIC, 8-lead MSOP, 8-pad UDFN, 4-ball WLCSP, 5-ball WLCSP.
