DESCRIPTION
· Silicon monolithic integrated circuit designed for industrial applications.
· BD6562FV-LB/BD6563FV-LB are 2-channel/3-channel gate drivers for IGBT/MOSFET.
· Operates with 3.3V or 5V input signals, generating high and low side output signals for ON/OFF timing control.
FEATURES
· Long-term support for industrial applications.
· Two-Channel/Three-Channel Gate Drivers.
· Separate Turn ON and Turn OFF outputs.
· Output-side supply voltage up to 30V.
· Input-side supply voltage from 3.0V to 5.5V.
· Output peak current of ±0.6A for ≤1us.
· Input-Output delay time: 380ns at 3.3V, 345ns at 5.0V.
· Operating temperature range: -25℃ to +125℃.
