DESCRIPTION
· The CBTD3861 is a 10-bit high-speed TTL-compatible bus switch designed for 5V to 3.3V level shifting applications.
· It features a low ON resistance of 5 Ω, ensuring minimal propagation delay.
· The device includes one output enable (OE) input; when OE is LOW, the switch connects port A to port B, and when OE is HIGH, the switch is disabled.
· Operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.

· Internal diode for 5V to 3.3V level shifting.
· TTL-compatible control input levels.
· Latch-up protection exceeding 100 mA per JESD78.
· ESD protection: HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000 V, CDM JESD22-C101C exceeds 1000 V.
