DESCRIPTION
· The CBTV24DD12A is a 12-bit bus switch/multiplexer designed for DDR4, DDR3, and DDR2 memory bus systems, supporting speeds up to 3200 MT/s.
· It operates at 1.8 V/2.5 V/3.3 V supply voltages and supports POD, SSTL_12, SSTL_15, SSTL_18, and CMOS input levels.
· The device features a 1:2 switch or 2:1 multiplex topology, allowing bidirectional operation with FET switches.
· It includes CMOS select (SEL0, SEL1) and enable (EN) pins for port selection and disconnection.
· The CBTV24DD12A is available in a 3.0 mm × 8.0 mm TFBGA48 package and operates from -10°C to +85°C.
