DESCRIPTION

· The CDx4HC405x and CDx4HCT405x are digitally controlled analog switches utilizing silicon gate CMOS technology. They offer LSTTL-like operating speeds with the low-power consumption of standard CMOS ICs. These bidirectional switches can control analog voltages across the supply range, allowing any analog input to be used as an output and vice versa.
