· The CDx4HC405x and CDx4HCT405x are digitally controlled analog switches utilizing silicon gate CMOS technology.

· These devices function as bidirectional analog multiplexers and demultiplexers, capable of handling analog voltages across the supply range.

· They feature low ON resistance and low OFF leakages, with an enable control that disables all switches when high.
