DESCRIPTION

· The DGD1503 is a high-voltage/high-speed gate driver for N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge configurations.
· It supports up to 250V in bootstrap operation and is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels down to 3.3V.
· Features a fixed internal deadtime of 430ns and operates from -40°C to +125°C in an SO-8 package.

FEATURES

· Capable of driving two N-Channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge setup.
· Provides 290mA source and 600mA sink output current, with outputs tolerant to negative transients.
