DESCRIPTION

· The DGD2104 2 is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver for N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge configurations.
· It supports bootstrap operations up to 600V and is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels down to 3.3V.
· Features a fixed internal deadtime of 430ns and operates from -40°C to +125°C.

FEATURES

· Capable of floating high-side drive up to 600V in bootstrap operation.
· Drives two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in half-bridge configuration.
· Outputs can source 290mA and sink 600mA, with tolerance to negative transients.
· Includes internal dead time of 430ns for MOSFET protection.
· Wide low-side gate driver supply voltage range from 10V to 20V.
· Logic inputs are Schmitt triggered and compatible with 3.3V.
