DESCRIPTION

· The DGD21084 is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver designed for N-Channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration.

· It supports bootstrap operation up to 600V and is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels down to 3.3V.

· Features programmable dead time via an external resistor and operates from -40°C to +125°C in an SO-14 package.
